Meet Kevin Jayne

Kevin has been helping people with all of their real estate needs for over 30 years. Kevin's knowledge of the Real Estate Industry is very well rounded as he held and performed a multitude of different positions and functions for real estate companies, such as sales associate, a mentor, an acting broker, and a broker manager. Kevin has owned and operated his own Real Estate Company, Mortgage Company and Title Company. Kevin is currently a broker/associate with Nettwork Global Real Estate and founder of Area Wide Realty Partners, a team of professional fulltime realtors dedicated to service buyers and sellers through out various areas in St. Charles County, St. Louis County, Lincoln County, Warren County, Pike County, Montgomery County and many other areas. So as a buyer or a seller you not only get the many years of Kevin's experience but the support of the entire team. Kevin is hands on as he will guide you through the entire buying or selling process from contract to close. Kevin feels that communication between him and the buyer/seller is a key part to getting the sale closed in a timely manner and having a stress free transaction.
